The complete application revolving around three type of users
Teacher can launch the class at any time, it means before its time. It will helpful to prepare his online class before- he can upload the content or can create anything on whiteboard, so that the actual time can be saved while taking the class.
Student can do with invitation:
This application is integrated with Paypal payment gateway. You can recieve and collect payment on your paypal account. Content, Classes and content etc can be set as paid. User will be only access after making payment.

Here all classes are listed at one place with two way sorting. All online classes arranged as per their status wise with two way sorting. Upcoming online classes will display first in ascending order by [start date], so that you will get nearest upcoming online classes on top. Then you will see in the completed online classes in descending order by [start date], so that you will get recent upcoming class on top, then cancelled and expired.
Only the future classes which are yet to be come are listed with sorting ascending on start date.
You are invited for those classes, all will be listed here with sorting ascending on start date
All completed class will be listed here with sorting descending on start date.
All cancelled classes will be listed here with sorting descending on start date.
All expired classes will be listed here with sorting descending on start date.
In Class list- class title is a link, which bring you on class detail page.
All classes will be shown with color legends and each legend denotes:
The stats of total seats and total invited are available with upcoming and completed classes only.
The available actions automatically switches on class status change. Like upcoming class can be cancelled, Invitation can be send for upcoming classes only, View recording can be available with completed class only.
The extra information of class can be seen by clicking on blank area of that class record

CONTENT Page: [available to admin and teacher only]
All contents will be managed from here. Content listing, content uploading, folder creation all will be managed from here. Supported files are:
API TEACHER Page: [available to admin only]
All teacher will be manage from this page, teacher can be activate and deactivate, can be add/ edit, permissions can be managed from here.
Extended Application TEACHER Page: [available to admin only]
This is premium feature of the application. To use this feature -it should be enable from control panel. You can add any numbers of teachers. All application teacher will be manage from this page, teacher can be activate and deactivate, can be add/ edit, permissions can be managed from here.
INBOX page: [available to all]
All communication or messaging can be check here.
MANAGE USERS: [available to admin only]
All existing users on the website can be managed from here like activating, deactivating, adding in group etc.
MANAGE GROUPS: [available to admin only]
All groups will be managing from here, including create a new group, edit group, adding and removing users in group.
Without a administrator this online teaching application will not be run. So to run this application- the administrator should configure this through a control panel available to administrator only.

All application settings can be controlled from this location.
This complete application can be enabled or disabled. In case of disable- the all urls of the application will be temporary redirect to above given url.
These are your WizIQ Virtual Classroom API’s Keys. You need to enter the keys carefully in their respective field only. Mixing keys field will cause application not to work
Web Service Urls: These are the static urls of Virtual Classroom API. It will never change. It is required communicating with the virtual classroom API.
Administrator Settings: These settings required to run this application
Application settings: All settings related to the application are lying here.
Enter Your Domain:
This setting is used to run and validate that- it is run on a given domain.
Enter application email address.
In this setting- the email – address is used to send all communication email and notification from this email address.
Do you want to use group feature:
By this setting true: You will be able to create and manage groups of users on the application.
Do you want to you Extended Application Feature:
By this settings true: You will be able to create or add any number of application teachers on the application. N numbers of teachers can be add on the application. The add/ edit application teachers with manage permissions of application teachers.
Do you want to enable Self Approval for Application Teacher:
By this setting true: User can register as a teacher and it will be approved automatically and create classes and upload contents too. All permission will be given to registered teacher by default.
Do you want to use Application Content Library Feature:
By this feature: Teacher can sell their content on the application, but it require admins approval, then after student/ learner can buy the contents after paying content price.
Virtual Classroom Settings:
Virtual classroom settings should be mention here. Return url is the url where users lands just after completing the class. Status ping url is the url where the application receive the status of done from virtual classroom server. It is used to update the status in database.
